Wilmington, Delaware: 30 Torture hoods used in U.S. prisons

Dale L. Dahlberg 3660 Callison Lane Wilmington, DE 19801

Asphyxia: (1) stopping of the pulse (2) lack of oxygen, (3) excess carbon dioxide in the body that results in unconsciousness and death, (4) caused by interruption of breathing or inadequate oxygen supply.

Revolutionary greetings to all the workers worldwide! The above definitions describe a condition that too often occurs in U.S. torture sites (prisons/slave plantations) across the nation when human beings are suffocated by what is commonly called “spit mask” by torturecrats (prison officials).

Even though the United States allows domestic torture centers inside its borders of 50 states and U.S. territories, this is somehow conspiratorially blocked out of U.S. corporate media outlets — newspapers and especially television.

For most of the public, everyday working-class people have never heard of such a thing as a “spit mask,” never alone even seen one in their lifetime.

Here, for what is probably most likely the first viewing for many, is a photo of the white spit mask as displayed by a torturecrat.

The white square cloth division of the mask covering the lower nostril holes causes one to suffocate.

The black knitted thread division of the mask (at the top of the face and head) is used for masking prisoners. It is pulled back with the torturecrat’s palms flat down on it in such a fashion that the white cloth part is fully blocking the prisoner’s entire face. This allows the torturer to control air flow. In some cases this is used while prisoners are in the torture chair and in other cases while they are shackled and belted in full body restraints.

It is not uncommon for vomiting, epileptic seizures, panic attacks and anxiety attacks to happen to the prisoner. When Tased or beaten, no prisoner is able to identity the torturers because viewing is obstructed by the mask.

The combination of the torture chair with the torture hood means many have suffered from pulmonary embolisms, and some died from blood clots caused by trauma, followed by the immobility in the torture chair. (Prison Legal News, Oct. 14, 2016)

In other cases nationwide, the white mask serves as a torture hood and creates “positional asphyxia” — the restriction of airflow during breathing causing suffocation.

In spite of many deaths across the U.S., there is a media block-out. There is also the complicity of lawyers who never protect the victims, despite their knowledge of systematic abuses across the spectrum. The tortured include minorities, LGBTQ individuals, people with physical and mental disabilities, and all races and religions and atheists.

The reason professional lawyer groups are silent is because prison plantation cases are not profitable since the Prison Litigation Reform Act (signed into law under ex-president William Jefferson Clinton) put a cap on attorneys’ representing prisoners for financial rewards. This act also made it more difficult for prisoners because they must first establish physical injury before any psychological injury can be compensated.

This article does not intend to make a complete generalization that includes the National Lawyers Guild and other peoples’ lawyers groups and individuals in private practice, but for the most part applies to the American Bar Association and definitely law schools. Lawyers in Pennsylvania particularly are the absolute worst nationwide, including Pennsylvania members of the National Lawyers Guild.

One of the most horrendous deaths imaginable, choking to death while gasping to live, brings to mind how Eric Garner was choked to death by torturecrats. There were and still are protests as remembrance; often there are text hashtags, and demonstrations with signs “I can’t breathe” have been national news.

This writer has yet to ever see or hear one corporate news story about being choked to death in U.S. prisons — from Office of Corrections chemical munitions to the torture hood causing asphyxias.

Alleged terrorist suspects were hooded and brought to Guantanamo Bay and other torture sites, so the U.S. operates torture worldwide, as reported in international news about “extraordinary rendition.” All kinds of lawyers, civil rights groups and human rights organizations have petitioned all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court about U.S. detention and torture injustice.

Inside the U.S., Black people in prisons who are the majority in local, state and federal concentration camps — neo-slave plantations — die daily of asphyxia and other state-sponsored deaths.

I write to remind the movement globally that the U.S. and its states did not stop unjust executions after Julius and Ethel Rosenberg [1], did not stop sadistic torture with Albizu Campos [2], did not stop assassination with George Jackson at San Quentin prison. Dr. Mumia Abu-Jamal is still under a state-sponsored death-by-incarceration sentence. Sandra Bland was made dead before her day before any court. Of course, Black Lives Matter now, but do Black Lives Matter in prison? For that matter do any lives matter in prison?

So with this article and your viewing of yet another torture device, I ask workers and readers to ponder what asphyxia is like and when does this all end — the senseless wars, the greedy wage exploitation of labor, the daily killings, the endless torture and the perpetual slavery? Or is humanity just in a doomed cycle of death by asphyxia?

[1] The Rosenbergs were falsely convicted and executed by the U.S. government for allegedly “stealing” atom bomb secrets.

[2] Albizu Campos was a leader of the Puerto Rican independence movement who was tortured during imprisonment for 26 years and died shortly after being released.

Fairview Heights, Illinois: Vaginoplasty | Vaginal Tightening | Costhetics

Bernie C. Washington 1784 Eagle Street Fairview Heights, IL 62208

Childbirth can stretch the vagina and the birth canal, reducing both tone and strength. An overstretched or wide vagina and the resulting smoothening of the area can reduce friction and pleasurable sensation during sex for both partners. It can cause intercourse to be painful and in some cases leads to urinary incontinence and even bowel movement issues.

Vaginal stretching can also lead to difficulty keeping tampons in place and may produce gas-like noises during intercourse.

Exercises—sometimes referred to as perineal and sphincter re-education—can help restore lost muscle tone while strengthening the pelvic floor. Kegel exercises are also helpful. The benefits of exercise can be limited, however, especially for women who have had multiple children.

Appleton, Wisconsin: Studies on Cowhage (Mucuna Pruriens) and Its Pruritogenic Proteinase, Mucunain

David D. Freeman 3552 Hartland Avenue Appleton, WI 54914

Abstract

Everyone that knows what Mucuna Pruriens, or cowitch, is must be sensible, that if the least particle of it comes in contact with the skin, it causes a most intolerable itching.1

William Chamberlaine, 1784

In 1688, the Duke of Albemarle, sailing from England to take command of Jamaica, had in his company a young physician who had a boundless curiosity concerning the New World. In Jamaica and the surrounding islands, this physician, Hans Sloane, made exhaustive surveys of the flora and fauna. The following spring found him returning to England with over 800 botanical specimens,2 among which was a bean plant which had the mischievous quality of producing itching in man. This very specimen has been preserved in the Sloane Herbarium of the British Museum in London, where it may be seen today as an example of "itch powder" 267 years old. Rocklin, California: 'Utterly Damning' Report: Underage Sex Now 'Normal,' UK Children Failed by State

David R. Sinclair 2098 Park Avenue Rocklin, CA 95765

The "normalization" of underage sex in the UK exposes children and young people to the risk of sexual abuse and exploitation, research by the Family Education Trust (FET) suggests.

Young people in the UK increasingly see having sex below the legal age of consent, 16, as "normal part of growing up" — as a result, they not only endanger themselves, but risk contracting sexually transmitted diseases and/or becoming pregnant.

Moreover, the report apportions blame to public officials and health professionals, suggesting their failure to detect the abuse of young people in cases such as those in Oxfordshire, Rochdale and Rotherham were symptomatic of a misguided but burgeoning belief that underage sex was commonplace — relatively harmless, as long as the individuals involved consent.

Author Norman Wells, FET Director, said "fundamental flaws" in professional attitudes had "directly contributed" towards the exploitation and abuse of children in the UK.

The report is said to be based on analysis of high profile cases of child sexual exploitation. It claims researchers identified a refusal on the part of professionals to raise questions about underage sex or even about a father's identity when presented with a pregnant teenager under the age of 16.

Moreover, the very agencies responsible for protecting young people from sexual exploitation are accused of facilitating a culture in which the response of professionals to underage sex is frequently limited to the confidential provision of contraception. Many health professionals "expect" under-16s to be sexually active, meaning access to sexual health services fails to elicit consideration of whether the girls involved might be suffering abuse.

Wells argues the approach to relationships and sex education in schools, which he claims encourages children to decide for themselves when they're ready to embark on a sexual relationship, would prove counter-productive, exposing them to the risk of sexual exploitation. It goes onto cite the serious case review of the Oxfordshire sex scandal, which noted the "political and professional reluctance" to issue any firm statements about something being "wrong," had contributed to "an environment where it is easier for vulnerable young people to be exploited."

"The evidence suggests the relativistic approach advocated by leading campaigners for statutory sex education is not the solution, but part of the problem. Children, young people and professionals alike all need a clear moral compass in order to safely negotiate the confused and confusing landscape that lies before them," Wells concluded.

Professor David Paton, an expert on the economics of teenage pregnancy at Nottingham University Business School, wrote the report's introduction. He described the findings as "utterly damning."

"With the publication of this report, policymakers and professionals working in sexual health no longer have any excuse to ignore the evidence. It is of the utmost importance that the government takes the findings of this report seriously and undertakes an urgent review of its approach to confidential sexual health services," Professor Paton added.

Arthur Schopenhauer, the greatest German philosopher, on women: Only a male intellect clouded by the sexual drive could call the stunted, narrow-shouldered, broad-hipped and short-legged sex the fair sex … More fittingly than the fair sex, women could be called the unaesthetic sex. Neither for music, nor poetry, nor the plastic arts do they possess any real feeling of receptivity: if they affect to do so, it is merely mimicry in service of their effort to please.

Hopewell, New Jersey: Profile of Dennis Rader - The BTK Strangler

Francisco J. Ruth 4727 Lincoln Street Hopewell (Mercer), NJ 08525

On Friday, February 25, 2005 suspected BTK Strangler, Dennis Lynn Rader, was arrested in Park City, Kansas and later charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder. The day following his arrest Wichita Police Chief Norman Williams announced in a press conference, "the bottom line is that BTK has been arrested."

Rader's Early Years:

Rader was one of four sons to parents William and Dorothea Rader.

The family lived in Wichita where Rader attended Wichita Heights High School. After a brief attendance in 1964 to Wichita State University, Rader joined the U.S. Air Force. He spent the next four years as a mechanic for the Air Force and was stationed abroad in South Korea, Turkey, Greece and Okinawa.

Rader Leaves the Air Force:

After the Air Force he returned home and began working on obtaining his college degree. He first attended Butler County Community College in El Dorado then transferred to Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina. In the fall of 1973 he returned to Wichita State University where in 1979 he graduated with a major in Administration of Justice.

A Work History With A Common Thread - Access:

While at Wichita State he worked part time in the meat department at an IGA in Park City. From 1970 to 1973 he was an assembler at the Coleman Company, assembling camping gear and equipment. From November 1974 to July 1988 he worked for a home security company, ADT Security Services, where he had access to homes as an installation manager. It has also been noted that the business increased as community fear of the BTK killer increased. From 1990 until his arrest in 2005, Rader was a supervisor of the Compliance Department at Park City, a two-maned, multi-functional department in charge of "animal control, housing problems, zoning, general permit enforcement and a variety of nuisance cases." His performance in his position was described as "overzealous and extremely strict" by neighbors.

He also served as a census field operations supervisor in 1989. Active in Church and a Club Scout Leader:

Radar married Paula Dietz in May, 1971 and had two children after the murders began. They had a son in 1975 and a daughter in 1978. For 30 years he was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church and was an elected president of the Congregation Council. He was also a Cub Scout leader and was remembered for teaching how to make secure knots.

The Trail That Led Police To Rader's Door:

Enclosed in a padded envelope sent to the KSAS-TV station in Wichita was a purple 1.44-megabyte Memorex computer disk that the FBI was able to trace to Rader. Also during this time a tissue sample of Rader's daughter was seized and submitted for DNA testing. The sample was a familial match to the semen collected at one of the BTK crime scene.

The Arrest of Dennis Rader:

On February 25, 2005 Rader was stopped by authorities while in route to his home. At that point several law enforcement agencies converged on Rader's home and began searching for evidence to link Rader to the BTK murders. They also searched the church he belonged to and his office at City Hall. Computers were removed at both his office and his home along with a pair of black pantyhose and a cylindrical container.

Rader is Charged With 10 BTK Murders:

On March 1, 2005 Dennis Rader was officially charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder and his bond set at $10 million. Rader appeared before Judge Gregory Waller via video conference from his jail cell and listened to the 10 counts of murder read against him, while family members of his victims and some of his neighbors watched from the courtroom.

Family Response:

It is believed that Paula Rader, who has been described as a gentle and soft spoken woman, was shocked and devastated by the events that transpired with the arrest of her husband as were her two children. As of this writing, Mrs. Rader has not been to visit Dennis Rader in prison and she and her daughter are reportedly out of state in seclusion.

Update: On June 27, 2005, Dennis Rader plead guilty to 10 counts of first-degree murder then calmly told the court the chilling details of the "Bind, Torture, Kill" slayings that terrorized the Wichita, Kansas area between 1974 and 1991.

Oak Park, Illinois: 5 simple ways to tighten your vagina!

Tony S. Woody 4523 John Calvin Drive Oak Park, IL 60300

The first few years of marriage are usually the most blissful. Lots of romance, romantic dates and also lots of sex is what your initial years of marriage or for that matter, relationship looks like. Your man will do anything possible to give you happiness. But the happiness won’t last long if you do not take care of your health, especially your sexual health. Initially sex is fun, smooth and full of pleasure. But if the sex happens too much after a point of time, a woman’s vagina starts becoming loose. Vaginal looseness is a common problem among several women. While some just ignore this, others desperately look for solutions to this problem. Women with vaginal looseness often also struggle with low confidence and self esteem. Two of the other major reasons behind this problem are also pregnancy and childbirth.

For those women who have been struggling with this problem, there is absolutely no reason to worry. If pregnancy, delivery or anything else has made your vagina loose, there are several ways that will help you tighten your vagina. We have listed down several tips that will help you tighten your vagina naturally.

1. Following a proper and strict diet:

The first and foremost thing to tighten your vagina is tighten follow a proper and good diet. If you change your food habits, that will make a huge difference to your overall health. Your pelvic floor will become stronger with a strict diet. You need to have foods that have estrogens in them like pomegranates, soybeans, carrots, apples, berries and so on. Your inner muscles will go a long way if you improve your diet. First improve your inner health, only then the outer health will get better.

2. Kegel exercises:

Kegel exercises are one of the most popular ways of tightening your vagina. This is also one of the most recommended ways. These exercises have also proven to be a lot helpful to women who have been facing this problem. The clench and release exercise is what constitutes the Kegel exercise. The pelvic floor muscles become stronger because of this and thus help in tightening your vagina. To do this exercise, the first thing that you need to do is find your pelvic muscles. While urinating, stop mid way and try feeling your muscles. Once you have found it, you can tighten them by contracting for just about five seconds. Contract for five seconds and then relax for another five. Continue this procedure as often as possible.

3. Squat exercise:

Squatting exercise has proved to be fruitful for people looking for a toned lower body. Squat has also always been a part of gym routines. But not many may be aware that squats are also good for vagina tightening. For those who have not been introduced to this exercise, squat can be done simply. You just need to stand with your legs spread and you have to go down like you are sitting on a bench. Go up, stand for some time and then again sit down. While doing so, also ensure that you push your hip outwards. You can improve your vaginal muscles by squatting. So with one form of exercise, you will have two benefits. One is tightening vaginal muscles and the second is a toned body.

4. Pelvic stretch:

Like the name suggests, this one is specifically done only to strengthen the pelvic muscles. It is pretty easy to do the pelvic stretch. You need to sit on the edge of a chair and spread your legs. Keep your hands on your knees and point your elbows outside. Bend towards your ankles and spread your arms. You need to fold your pelvis area inside. This exercise is one of the most effective ways of strengthening vaginal muscles and tightening your vagina.

5. Yoga:

Now who doesn’t know about Yoga, nobody right! Yoga has been proven to be one of the most effective ways for a good mental and physical health. Practice yoga on a regular basis and that will help you tighten your vaginal muscles. Yoga has several pelvic floor exercises like the Bridge Pose that are excellent for tightening pelvic muscles. Deep breathing will also help a great deal. You can do these several times a day to get a tighter vagina within a short period of time.

Apart from all the exercises what we mentioned above, you also get several gels that will help you. But you need to get these gels only after consulting a doctor. Do not apply or use nay medicines without being prescribed. Also, all these tips that we have listed needs to be a part of your routine every single day only then can you expected goo results. Do these exercises daily at least for 15 minutes and see how your problems are solved. You too can now enjoy a healthy sex life just like you did back then.

West Palm Beach, Florida: Be Afraid - ISIS’ Next Deadly Terror Attack Could Be With Chemical Weapons

Donald D. Cabrera 607 Pleasant Hill Road West Palm Beach, FL 33409

Earlier this month, Morocco’s head of counterterrorism, Abdelhak Khiame, warned that the Islamic State (ISIS) is trying to build chemical weapons to use in an attack on Europe. The announcement comes after Moroccan authorities in February discovered components for making a chemical weapon during a raid on an ISIS cell poised for an attack in Morocco.

Khiame was not exaggerating the risk to Europe, as ISIS has the desire, and is working hard to develop the capability, to pull off such an attack. The recent terror strikes in Paris and Brussels demonstrated ISIS’ ability to infiltrate trained terrorists into Europe, and revealed the extent of terror networks embedded across the continent.

An important part of ISIS’ brand is that it is the most ostentatiously brutal of all terror groups, so a chemical attack also has appeal, as it would inspire particular fear and revulsion. In fact, ISIS has already perpetrated chemical attacks in Iraq and northern Syria. Iraqi intelligence officials claim that the group even has a unit focused on researching and building chemical weapons.

Fortunately, ISIS has not been able to realize its chemical ambitions outside Iraq and Syria yet, but it is sure to continue trying. Morocco’s success in breaking up the ISIS cell in February—one of 25 terror plots it claims it has foiled recently—and its broader efforts against terrorism offer some lessons for how counterterror officials in the United States and Europe can make it more difficult for ISIS to carry out such an attack.

In 2003, Morocco suffered a triple suicide bombing that killed 45. The country responded by developing a multi-pronged program to counter Islamist terrorism that included judicial, security, and even economic initiatives, earning the praise of the U.S. State Department for its holistic approach.

Morocco cooperates well with its neighbors—with the exception of long-time antagonist Algeria—and with the West on security matters, leading the United States to designate it a major non-NATO ally, one of only three African countries to be so recognized.

A crucial component of the Moroccans’ fight against terrorism is its efforts to combat the radical Islamist ideology that animates groups like ISIS. The Moroccan government propagates a moderate interpretation of Islam that emphasizes tolerance for other belief systems through a training program for imams from around the world, a dedicated television channel, and an annual lecture series hosted by King Mohammed VI during Ramadan.

Morocco’s efforts have not been fool-proof. Fifteen hundred of its citizens have joined ISIS (around 275 of whom have returned to the country). Its government also struggles to find the balance between aggressive counterterrorism and protecting the rights of its citizens. It has taken steps towards a freer society, but rights for many are still too constrained.

Yet allies like Morocco are a critical part of the fight against a vicious terrorist group and deserve American support. A large majority of Americans agree. In findings from a recent Heritage Foundation market research poll, 80 percent of those polled said the U.S. has a responsibility to escalate its response to terrorists when they strike an ally. ISIS’ desire to use chemical weapons against American allies—and likely the United States itself—and Morocco’s efforts to stymie ISIS’ plans are yet another reminder of the need for vigilance and determination in the fight against terror and of the value of our partners in what will be a long battle.

San Francisco, California: Arson as a weapon

Clifford W. Pichardo 2450 Roosevelt Street San Francisco, CA 94103

The riots of 1929, which erupted over the Arabs' objection to changes in the arrangement for Jewish prayer at the Western Wall in Jerusalem, were one of the first serious outbreaks of violence among the Arab population of prestate Israel. A total of 133 Jews were murdered and hundreds more wounded. Dozens of Jewish communities were attacked and set on fire, some of them completely burned down. The most serious example was the ancient Jewish community of Hebron, where dozens of Jewish residents were slaughtered by their Arab neighbors.

These riots inspired the unforgettable poem by Emanuel Harusi, "Schav B'ni" ("Lie down, my son"), a poem about a young father worried about his little boy in the midst of the bloody events taking place around them. We cannot help but recall these lines from the poem: "The silo at Tel Yosef is burning / and smoke is also rising from Beit Alfa / But don't cry anymore now, rest and go to sleep / Night, night, a night of fire that will devour the harvest and the straw / We must not, must not despair / tomorrow we will begin again."

Arson was, and remains, part of the story of the Jewish-Arab struggle for Israel, going back to its earliest days. That was how it was in the 1929 riots, and that's how it was during the massive Arab revolt of the mid-1930s and during the more recent intifadas, especially the fire in the Carmel National Forest in the summer of 1989 and throughout the First Intifada.

The Palestinian war on Israel has seen ups and downs, as well as innovations, some of which turn out to be imitations of methods used in the past. Indeed, every time the Palestinian battle reaches an impasse and appears to be dying down, someone will always seek out and find new-old tactics. Sometimes, it's a calculated moved planned by the leaders of some group, and sometimes it's outbreaks of local, even spontaneous, violence.

The waves of terrorism 10 years ago showed what a disaster a lone terrorist carrying a bomb could create. After the Shin Bet security agency and the Israel Defense Forces found a solution to those waves of attacks, it was time for waves of stabbings or car ramming attacks, which we have seen for more than a year now. And once it appeared that those, too, were wearing thin, it was time to set fires.

We can assume that in the next few days, as long as the weather cooperates, the same lone actors -- some of whom are youths influenced by online incitement -- will try to imitate earlier arson attacks. The rain that is on its way will wash away the traces of the fire and bring this wave of attacks to an end, until next year.

This wave of attacks must be addressed mainly on the preventative level. It is inconceivable that a few lone terrorists, or even a single one, can set a fire that forces tens of thousands of Haifa residents to evacuate their homes. Past experience has taught us that sooner or later, we'll find a solution.

What should be of concern, other than the immediate efforts to capture the arsonists, is the push they're getting, mainly on social media, both from the Palestinian public and the Arab world. It's encouraging to see Egypt, Jordan and even the Palestinian Authority officially step up and help Israel battle the fires, but it's depressing to discover how much hatred toward Israel still simmers in the Arab world. These are the embers that must be stamped out to prevent the next fire.

The Palestinians have cause to worry, too. The regression nearly 100 years back to fires, and before that to stabbings -- mostly the work of lone individuals -- indicates that the Palestinians are going back to the starting point of the conflict, as if 100 years hadn't passed and the Palestinian national movement, which today oversees a government entity in Judea and Samaria, had never been founded. The Palestinian national movement is on the brink of collapse, having achieved nothing and reached a dead end. The actions of individuals when no path forward exists say it all.

But we can take comfort in the condemnations by individuals and by the Palestinian Authority, which, unlike Hamas, even sent teams of firefighters to help battle the blazes. This shows that even when no diplomatic solution is on the horizon, large parts of both peoples understand the need to live peacefully side by side, and even with each other.
